There was a time when you could go into the dealer and complain about the shifting and they would replace the transmission fluid with MTF0063, I did it with my 2000 9-5 Aero manual. That was advised on this board or the 9-5 board years ago. In my case, the dealer charged me anyway, but I called Saab and got my money back. I don't know if this policy is still in effect, but you might call Saab and find out.
By the way, you need 5 quarts of MTF and probably of MTL to do the change properly. It takes approximately 1.5 quarts to fill it and you should flush and refill three times to get as much of the old dino oil out as possible.
