The first thing I have to tell is is that you are nuts. That aside, here's what I would suggest.
Go to the junkyard. Get a set of springs from an old 4 cyl "S" model (I am assuming you are in the USA). That's about as soft as you can get for thse cars, the turbo's are all slightly lower with slightly stiffer springs. Make sure it's a 4 cyl - the 6 would be stiffer due to the added weight.
Put in a set of Koni's. Despite what the other poster said about them being harsh, they are adjustable. So, you could set them to the softest setting. Again, despite what the other poster said, my Koni's actually improved both the ride and the handling when set a little stiffer. OTOH, you could put in the Monroes - cheap shocks have never failed to disaapoint me so you will likely be happy with the ride they give.
Put on tall, thin 15" wheels and tires. You might want to back down to 60 or even 65 series as they do with snow tires. That will give more sidewall and more bounce.
It's still going to be a firm car. If you really want a Buick, you are going to have to buy one. The good news is that the last I checked, GM still hadn't changed their ways and Buick still rode like boats - so you can probably find what you want.
