I'd keep it myself. There's no sense in replacing something that's in good working order, has been upgraded to suite you, and you already own. I understand why you would put it on jackstands, it's better for the tires. However, with the upgraded suspension there might be a risk allowing it to hang unloaded. If I were planning on doing this I would consider supporting the chassis with jackstands, but also raising the suspension a few inches.
