I just did mine this past Saturday. Procedure is as follows:
1. Depressurize fuel system if desired (start the car and pull the fuse to stop the pump)
2. Remove vacuum hose from the regulator
3. Remove clamp that holds regulator in place
4. Pack rags around the regulator to catch spilled fuel
5. Pry regulator free with flat screwdriver
6. Press in new regulator, fit clamp and reconnect vacuum line
The absolute hardest part of the job was figuring out which combination of ratchet and extension would let me reach and loosen the screw on the clamp without stripping its Torx head. After that, it was a piece of cake.
