I have one, and installation is very simple. You have to pop out the SID or climate control panel and remove two fasteners inside the hole so you can pull the center console out just a little. The holder then clips over the top of the console, and attaches to the kick panel with a single screw. You may have noticed that your kick panel has a knock-out plug on it. Behind there is a screw hole and another hole where you can pass through a wire for whatever you attach to the cell phone holder. One thing I should add is that the lower corner of the cell phone holder can scratch up your center console if someone should sit in the passenger's seat and press on it with their leg. If you put a thin piece of felt on the edge where it contacts the console, you can keep everything looking like new if you ever want to take the holder off.
