What exactly do you notice about the clutch operation?
- engagement point is higher or lower than before?
- engagement point is inconsistent height?
- clutch is dragging?
- clutch is slipping?
Is it possible you're being over-sensitive just because you worked on it?
When you put fluid INTO the bleed valve, the clutch pedal must be up. Otherwise the bleedback port is closed, and you won't be able to force any fluid in.
I would pump the clutch pedal furiously. (This works bubbles UP from the actual slave to the bleed screw & higher.)
Then leave it UP and push more fluid into the slave bleeder. This carries those air bubbles into the master & out to the reservoir.
