Inner Driver problems are almost always acceleration/load related. I haven't heard of them on deceleration.
As a first step, I always suggest getting the tires balanced on a Hunter GSP9700. It fixed an acceleration on vibration problem I had that I was sure was inner driver. I had new wheels, new tires, and a balance done by my favorite motorsports guy. I decided to try the Hunter and it cured the problems.
FYI - your change could be due to changing wheel positions too. These cars are way sensitive to balance, belts, wheels, mechanicals, etc.
I'd do the Hunter balance to eliminate the possible balance issue and then go back to mechanical problems.
