Loosen the wheel studs, then rock the car side to side. Get a friend to help if you need it.
I've never tried, but is it possible to get a big lever between the wheel and the rotor in the back? If you can, a six foot long bar should get you the leverage you need. Make sure the car is solidly on stands if you go that route.
