Get one of the other wheels off. Take the lugs completely off of the stuck wheel. Lay the wheel that you just took off flat on the ground (so the face of the alloy wheel is facing the sky). Now pick that wheel straight up (so the alloy wheel is still facing up) and use it as a battering ram to hit the stuck wheel. Basically the tire of the wheel you are swinging will come in contact with the stuck wheel. I found that the weight and the force of the rubber rebounding off of the stuck wheel breaks it loose 99% of the time. And because you are hitting it with the rubber tire you will not leave any permanent marks on the stuck wheel (kind of like a giant rubber mallet).
