Which FRONT BRAKE Rotors are better?

I drive a 1998 Saab 900S, 2.3 liter, four-cylinder, non-turbo engine. Just found out that my front rotors are warped and need to be replaced (my brake pads are about 60% worn and eventually need to be replaced as well, but I'll get to that in a second).
So I shopped around on eeuroparts.com and found a DRAMATIC difference in price between the Brembro and Zimmerman rotors (both sell for around $60 each) and the genuine Saab rotors (which sell for $108.90 each).
Does anyone have any experience with either the Brembro or the Zimmerman rotors? Judging from just the pics alone, they seem almost identical so they seem to be the more economically practical choice. However, if the genuine Saab rotors are more likely to last me a couple thousand more miles, then maybe it's worth the extra $40 per rotor to get them.
Any thoughts?
Also, I noticed the ceramic brake pads are slightly more expensive than the traditional. Aren't these the kind that produce less dust?
Thanks in advance for any feedback, folks!
