DI cassette or plugs?

A few hundred miles ago I replaced the plugs in my 2000 9-3 SE. They were copper 6ES's and I put in 7ES's. The old ones looked good but the gap had grown and they had been in there for 20K mi+, so I figured they were due.
So then today I get the P1312 + P1334 CEL codes, and some hesitation from a stop in 1st gear. So I figure it's one of 5 things:
(1) New plugs are bad
(2) New plugs are gapped wrong (they might be a little narrow, 0.035" or so)
(3) New plugs are wrong temp (7ES vs 6ES in mostly city driving?)
(4) New plugs caused a DI failure.
(5) It's just this DI cassette's time to go (~60K mi) and the new plugs were coincidental.
Anybody have any opinions?
