"The A/C uses the pressure switch on receiver/dryer to kick in cooling fan at low speed at 16.5 Bar and then another pressure switch (hot climate) kicks in the high speed at 22 Bar.
And then, the engine uses the temp switch in cylinder head to activate the cooling fan as well..."
I don't think my 16.5 bar has ever kicked on the car - the only time it seems to kick on the fan, it also turns OFF the A/C compressor, which is the 22 bar mode then right?
I've got 2 more switches, one says 3L, the other 4L (the one on my 1997 900 Turbo says 6L) but the Bar readings and part# are the same - can I try one of the other switches, or is there an easier way to see that the switch is turning the fan on or where the fault even is then???
THANKS!!
