Question of the day.
Does the low speed fan work at all?

The A/C cut out is done by the 4 wire switch second pressure rating and it shuts off the compressor at 30 Bar and turn it back on at 24 Bar.

The second switch (2 wire) is the one that turns on the high speed fan at 22 Bar.

This is fault tracing on a higher level and it takes too long for me to write down all the procedures in a way that it cannot be mistaken.

You might have several problems like a bad low speed fan and a partially plugged A/C system or faulty expansion valve that allows the A/C pressure to rise to levels enough to both turn on the high speed fan but keeps climbing to trigger the A/C cut out as well.
