I used a Scan-Tech clamp from eEuroparts when I replaced my rear muffler this past January. The original clamp was rotted beyond belief, but the new one has held just fine although it's already looking quite discolored. I also used a Starla/Walker muffler, when in fact a Bosal would probably have been slightly better quality for about the same price.
The only disadvantage to the Scan-Tech clamps is that the nuts are supplied loose, as opposed to the OEM/Bosal style which have nuts welded to one of the clamp halves. Trust me, it's enough of a pain to hold the pipes together as it is...so unless you have a willing assistant, it'll be a LOT easier if you don't have to worry about getting a wrench on the nuts as you tighten the bolts. When I did my muffler, I lay under the car using my foot to pull the muffler forward while I used both hands to fit the clamp!
See my recent post below about replacing another clamp for some commentary and a possible local source for the clamps, depending on where you're located.
