I'd take out the bulbs for the right turn signals and make sure they are correct (I've seen single prong bulbs in double prong holes, etc.) also a filament can break and cross to the other filament in a 1157 double prong bulb... There doesn't seem to be a common ground for all the bulbs you mentioned, but the ground for the right fribt is next to the front of the air cleaner, and the ground for the rear is under the antenna motor on the floor of the car. I've seen that ground cause the engine to quit when stepping on the brakes.
