Oil problems

I recently finished a partial rebuild of my 02 9-3 SE 2.0. I replaced all of the bearings (connecting rod and mains), the number 4 piston and rings and intake/exhaust/head gasket. Last week, a friend of mine convinced me that I should run a Seafoam treatment in the oil system. So I put about 1/3 of a can and ran it for about 20 minutes and then changed the oil and filter. The oil was really black so I figured it worked pretty good. I drove the car about 15 miles to work on the highway after exiting, and going a round a turn, I got the oil warning light and ding. I checked the oil and the level was fine, so over the weekend I dropped the sump and cleaned it out it had a good amount of debris in it (pic). I drove the car into work again today and the same thing happened, the light and the ding, on the same corner. Checked the oil and the level was fine. Is it possible that seafoam is loosened so much stuff that the sump is yet again filled with debris? After only 15 miles on the hwy? Could it be a bad sensor? Or pump? A wizard hiding on the corner that makes the light come on just to mess with me?
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
