what I've noticed is that once they start doing this it continues to happen. I think you must have done a great job cleaning to have goten 35k more out of it - The block has been affected and it will keep occurring until the entire engine is rebuilt and the problem solved. Usually one of the passageways (or many) are coked up with oil or the turbo lines are corrupted - I'd replace when you clean the block. This problem on those particular models (00-02) is insidious and created by factory specs on the B205 - for that reason I own a couple of B204's and I change the oil in my B235 all the time with synthetic Mobil 1 - cheaper to waste some oil than overhaul that *#&$#(*# :) I'd never get one that was a sludger unless they replaced the block under warranty (with proof!)
