Very High Clutch Pedal

I just started driving my 95 900S again with 195,000 miles on it, and I've noticed that the clutch engages very high compated to my C900, basically at the highest point that it can. It's been probably 25,000 miles since I had the clutch cable replaced. The clutch doesn't slip and drives fine, but I'm wondering if this is okay, another cable ready to break, or the end of the clutch. Tried searching this but mostly found issues with clutch going to the floor. Any help would be appreciated.
