All of your airbag codes except for the B1610 are for open circuits. The airbag module is under the center console near the ignition switch. I wonder if the disconnected something or pinched a wire?
The fact that your engine runs, but the ECM won't communicate is strange. I'm not buying the 20 volt thing. I guess he is trying to say that your starter became a generator and fed voltage back into the system. Bulbs would burn out all over at 20 volts.
Do you get any soft top failure messages? The soft top controller also works the windows, but it may be off the "I" communications bus and the windows could still work as they have their own mini bus.
There may be one problem causing all these symptoms, but I would start with trying to regain communications with the ECM.
