I'd make sure I had new ABS brackets and Stantion to subframe bolts. I cannot believe how badly rusted these were...almost snapped the left one as it was rusted down to less than 3?16" in one spot. I coated the new ones with anti-seize (not the threads which have thread locker).
Not an overly complicated job but a big job. Took me 4 days but that included searching for parts and having a machine shop press in new wheel bearings. I replaced the control arms, stantions, sway bar links, shocks, rotors and pads.
So far I'm loving the ride....very tight with no clunks or rattles. one of my old ball joints was shot as were both sway bar links. Wheel bearings were probably fine. Love the way the Bilsteins feel so far.
Thanks for all of the advice!!!
