3rd Leaking Steering Rack :(

I've replaced the rack for the 3rd time on my 2001 9-3 SE HOT, 5 SPD. The first one lasted 6 months, then had to top it off once a month. The second one lasted 3 weeks, had to top it off daily. My current one. One month, level just went down this week.
What I don't notice any leaks, but I keep checking the fluid, and it's low. If I move the dust boot/bellows around, I hear swishing. Eventually, the fluid leaks out of the boot as the fluid softens the boot until it tears. So, it's a leak inside the boots. I'm only using Saab approved fluid...which BTW is really expensive.
What are my options? I can't find a new rack anywhere. Should I just install a used one that wasn't leaking? Are there other problems causing an overpressure and making the rack leak? These rebuilt units are making me nuts, I've tried 3 different brands.
Any guidance is appreciated. BTW...I'm REALLY good at swapping steering racks.
