I'm only at 100k, but here's where I'm at... It's a 2002 and I bought it in early 2009 with nearly half the mileage. Looks like the previous owner really was big on maintenance (like myself), but I can only speak for what I've done:
-Just replaced whole front suspension: The only things that needed it were the strut mounts and the stanchion arm mount to the front control arm on each side. The rest I just did because I hate doing things twice.
-Replaced the DIC and MAF several years ago. The DIC I did for preventative purposes, but the MAF was bad. (Running way too lean at WOT)
-Replaced pulleys and belt several years ago too.
-Replaced clutch master cylinder several years ago too.
-That's it!!
Everything else has been regular maintenance (although I am pretty anal about fluids and filters, so I do these more often than most): plugs, fluids, filters, brakes (only once so far), and also just keeping up on little things that age (hood emblem for example).
The car has been super reliable, and though I know it will get less reliable over time, I don't think it's going to be that bad. The worst thing you can ever do IMO, is let things pile up. Do them ASAP, and do a good job, and it's usually manageable.
Good luck!
