The 'beauty' of it is that there is no adjustment. (tongue firmly in cheek). The curvature of the cable, the spring and a nifty little plastic gizmo adjust the cable continuosly to make sure that the feeling is as imprecise as possible :-). (sit in a 9_3 and press the clutch... I almost wet myself it is so smooth). There is a detailed installation guide on the townsend site which should be of help. If you need anything more, post me off list.
