Quick answers-
660 each for inner drivers is far too much. The seals are ~$25 max, figure an hour or two of labor. My whole tranny was pulled, all 4 new seals installed (including those two) and reinstalled for 5-6 hours labor plus seals (~$100 total).
If you're mechanically adept, buy the Saab shop manual volume for the rear brakes and DIY. FIgure $50 each for rear rotors (don't try to have them turned) and another $50 per axle for pads. 2-3 hours of your time for first time.
Rear shocks will take you 45 minutes, tops, for both. Figure $80-$150 each for shocks. Boge is stock and good, Koni is expensive. Please, no Monroes.
Serp. belt is a hassle to replace, but the part is ~$35 and don't worry, is self-tensioning.
$45 for check valves!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They're about $5 each, and I can think of four total. Lots of talk on this recently, search the last week or so. Find a vue-graph and repair 'em yourself. Take your wife/girlfriend to dinner for the difference. They are about the size of your thumbnail. One is up under the front bumper lip, pull out the grill to find. Two are inside the badk edge of the hood, one is under the pump somewhere. Follow the washer hose, you'll find 'em.
