I have not had any good experiences with turning rotors on newer cars. Either the folks turning them haven't trued the rotor properly, thus cutting in more wave then they removed, or the cut (thinner) rotors end up warping quickly. On my SHO, it cost about $15 to turn the rotors, thereby making them useless, while new rotors ran $25. I was burned once, but only once. Rear rotors on my SET were $50 for Brembo units. I didn't even consider turning.
As far as rear pads not lasting as long as fronts, yes, that is odd, no question. Make sure the fronts are operating properly, and that the rear calipers aren't frozen or stuck in some bad position.
My extended warranty covered the seal replacement as well, to my pleasant surprise. If you have it done, and they are pulling the tranny, be sure to get all four seals replaced, and perhaps have a new clutch and clutch cable put in as well.
The fog light price sounds right considering the amount of work people say the job entails; the antenna price sounds right too. I personally would have a hard time paying $45 for check valves.
Do your heated seats work? Don't listen to someone (like I did) tell you that "it's a mild heat". If they work, it'll be hot-cross bun city in a minute or so.
For parts you might want to check out some of the Saabnet sponsors. Trollhaten Parts is a source I've had good luck with. Cybertroll.com.
