I have a '96 900 Turbo with Sensonic gear shift, which I bought a year ago. It has been serviced twice in this time and I have complained about 2nd and 4th gears not selecting occasionally. This only happened maybe once a week after a long time on a motorway. I have asked Saab to look into it at both services - and they have told me that the gears seem to be selecting properly when linked to their diagnostics tool. The situation has now worsed and I frequently can not select 2nd and 4th and now reverse is starting to play up. Has anybody had the same problem, and if so have they managed to fix it - and with most parts, is it expensive to fix, and is there a cheap place that I can get it fixed. I am base in the North West England. Any information is greatly appreciated.
