I found the instructions here. Ran a search on "fog lights". Here's a message from Bruce posted on April 1st...
You do NOT have to remove the "undertray" or flat black plastic sections that extend under the car. You only need to remove the "lip spoiler" (or the molding stuck in your bumper as you call it). There should be one big bolt holding the two sections together in the middle and on some cars there are two or more bolts that hold the lip spoiler to the undertray. Then just yank the lip spoiler forward for the side that you want to replace the fog lights and voila!
This REALLY needs to be in an FAQ... Once you do it right the first time you slap your forehead and think "that was easy"... and "why did I pay the dealer an hour of labor to do what takes 15 minutes?"
