When the vehicle rolls to the side, the steering geometry changes in a fashion that makes the turn easy. This might be a VRK thing. And yes what I decribed can lead to instabilties in lane changes with worn shocks. I installed the sway bar to fix that and that it did.
What yoi describe about under/over steer is what happens when tire traction is an issue. What I am describing is how the steering effort changes in hard corners where traction limits are not an issue. IE same speeds.
I am not authorative on suspension issues. There are others who could comment on this with lots of insight.
Again, much of what I describe could be VRK specific. With stock rubber bits in the front suspension and steeing rack, the dynamic effects of body roll on the steering geometry could be very different.
