A stiff clutch 'can' be caused by a worn clutch. As least I read a detailed post a long time ago that suggested that as the clutch facing wears, the geometry changes and the mechanical advantage of the lever changes.
In any case, if the clutching forces are severe, the cable will not last indefinately. So you might try a new cable and if that does not help, go for the 800 to 1000 clutch and reseal work.
About the squeaking. Remove the pannel above the petals, there are about 10 or 12 fasteners. The back left plastic rivet is removed by pushing in on its center pin, which is about 3mm in diam and flush to the surface. It is black on black and difficult to see.
Get some white lithium grease and lube the petal pivot, and the cable were it goes though the firewall, and most importantly lub the anchor cylindrical part that is on the end of the cable. It wants to turn in the petal as the petal moved. If it cannot turn, it will squeak. If is does not move, the wire cable at this point is flexing under tension and will fatigue and break. If you are going to this level of effort, you might consider fitting a new cable as part of the operation. It is crouded and dark, so have a lamp ready and take your time. The brake petal pivot can get some grease for good measure.
