I am now at +1/2 on my Koni's with the stock SE springs. This is the recommended starting point for Koni's.
With shorter springs, the spring rates are higher and the amount of motion is reduced. So there is less motion to be damped. So higher amounts of dampening might be required to absorb energy. So I would suggest +1/2 at a minimum. Try one whole turn as well.
With the reduced suspension travel, I would try to get to 38F35R for pressures to protect the rims. The tires will proved better control at those pressures. If thi sseams harsh, reduce the pressure a bit, but try to stay over 33 PSI.
When you lower the suspention, the geometry will change. Mostly the camber, but the realissue is the toe-in. This may also change.
