To gain access to the back of the radio you will a need a DIN removal tool, which looks like two U-shaped wires. You can buy one at any store that sells car audio. Alternatively you can make a pair out of coathanger. Insert both U's into the holes on either side of the radio (they actually go in quite far) and pull on the cassette hole. It should come right out.
