Some answers:
There is NO check valve leading to the rear washer... The lines might have some dried out junk in them since this washer is so rarely used. I'd disconnect the line at the pump and blow it out with some compressed air or a stream of water. Also note that even on a new car the output to the rear washer is pretty low because of the distance and "uphill" factor. Basically, don't worry about it, "there all like that".
The wind noise is probably coming from some loose weatherstripping at the top or sides of the windshield. Have someone ride with you and press on the windshield at the top underneath the rearview mirror or along the sides, if the noise goes away or changes pitch you've found the source. Have the weatherstripping removed and some extra sealing caulk added.
Front end vibrations and "pulling" to one side are usually one of two things... Front-end alignment or unevenly worn tires. An alignment is usually around $75 (wait for a dealer special) and swapping the front tires to the back if the fronts are more worn is always a good idea. Don't worry, the worst thing might be that you need new tires.
And finally, as for getting the wipers off. Bend them at the hinge and then rock them back and forth, use a wooden stick or something to pry them loose. It's usually not too hard to remove them.
