SHould I keep it? what else should I expect?

on a whim I just checked the trade-in and resale values of my 94 900S (130k). I was astounded to learn that the trade in value is less than $1500 (kbb.com) and that the private resale is just over $3000
So, I'm wondering if I should keep it and drive it until the wheels fall off, or try to get what I can out of it now. Part of that calculation will be what else I should expect to go wrong (soon).
For the record, I've already replaced the idler pulley and front strut mounts & bushings. I recently replaced the front pads and rear pads and rotors. The exhaust will need replacement soon ( I have a small hole in the front muffler).
Last year the check engine light and oil pressure warning lights would come on periodically and then go away. The dealer told me not to worry (yet), but that it might be a sign "the computer" was going bad. No troubles with the check light in the last 9 months, but the oil light flashed at me last night.
