I've got a '95 900s with 122,000 miles, I'm in the same boat as you as far as selling the car or trading it in. It's next-to-worthless for trading in on another car, so I'm just keeping mine until it won't go anymore. My wife's '94 corolla is worth more as a trade-in, and is a dumper to drive, so we'll trade it instead.
For the trade-in or resale price, you won't be able to get a replacement car that is nearly as nice as your 900s. Unless you are already seriously considering replacing the car, I'd say just keep it.
