Replace it at the same time--- it will fail shortly anyhow. It's a total pain in the A to replace-- easier to remove than get back on- mostly because there's no room to work. If you attempt it yourself, I recommend not using the torx bolt that comes with the new kit. Re-use the old hex bolt. However, the hex bolt doesn't fit well with the new pulley, so you'll have to perhaps fashion a new washer-- or find a concave one to fit. If you're lucky, and can manage to get your fingers and/or a screw driver snaked down there in order to push the bolt and get it threaded, the job might take 45 minutes or so. Be careful not to cross thread the bolt in the hole.
