Good news is, these turbos rarely blow. More likely, you lost a hose connection, or, even more likely, the clip that holds the actuator arm to the wastegate. Powerless bugger when there's no turbo, eh?
Look down by the turbo for the actuator, it's can-chaped, has small hose connection and a thin arm sticking out. Make sure this arm is connected to something on the other end. If not, reach under the pipe (when it's COLD, god it hurts if it's hot) and reconnect the arm to the valve, and put in a cotter pin to secure it.
Hoses: trace the big hoses from the air box all the way to the throttle body. There's several clamps along the way that might have blown loose. Also check the BPC valve connections. This is the control valve located by the top of the radiator (passenger side), it has 3 hoses, be sure they're connected and aren't worn.
If it really is the turbo, you've got many ways to go. You can get a rebuilt unit, rebuild yours, get an upgrade, even a used one. But don't worry too much about that until you rule out the 15 cent solutions!
