It may be too late for this advice, but don't take delivery of poor quality work and don't sign off. Using the wrong part is outrageous, IMHO. They can use used parts, but they have to be the right used parts and they must fit well, etc. A buddy of mine was able to get a new fender on a 7-year-old cutlass after the body shop tried to pass off a used fender that fit so poorly that he could slip his fingers under the hood.
Call your insurance company/agent and inform them right away.
What is the name of the body shop?
