Input shaft seal and rear main both will leak into the bellhousing.
$$ is correct, ~$100 parts, ~$300 labor to R&R the trans. Figure another $400 to replace the clutch. Only benefit to doing so is not having to spend another $300 on down the road to R&R the trans again. Regardless, replace the throwout bearing.
If you keep an eye on the leak, know it's source and keep the trans/engine topped up you should be ok to wait a bit. Rear mains have been reported to leak for a while, then catastophically fail. I think I let my input shaft seal leak go for ~6 months, but with close observation.
