The GB oil is considered permanent. However many do change the gear lub and upgrade to Saab's synthetic gear lub.
Before you do this you will want to know if any of the GB seals are leaking and in need of replacement.
The NG900's can have starting problems with fouled injectors. They seem to get bad faster with the RFG-II fuels. Techron Concentrate works well.
The batteries electrolyte level will need to be corrected with distilled water 2 or 3 times per year.
I suggest Mobil One 10w30 if you intend to keep the vehicle for the long haul.
Might be time for a brake bleed. You can search to find my posts describing removing and replacing the fluid at the reservoir once a year. DOT 4 brake fluid is inexpensive.
Remove the rear rotors and clean and lub the parking brake mechanism pivot and sliding points. Also grease the main brake pad backing plate edges, after removing the rust and crud that can make the pads stick in the caliper slots. Search under drs_install for brake work posts for details.
It is time to do a coolant flush if not done before.
