You can probably get some springs cheap or free from folks on this BB who have upgraded from the stock springs and wonder what they will ever do with the old ones. You might consider replacing both springs. The incremental cost of labour to replace shock, rotors and pads is also very small and can be considered an opportunity. Inspect the strut top mounts as well as these can be changed for zero incremental labor as well.

Clutch life is mostly dependant on the driving habits and environment of the driver. With city driving you amount of shifts could be many times that of a driver who does hiway commutes and has many more miles than you. Miles don't wear a clutch, but shifting does. The wear rate from shifting can vary perhaps by a factor of 100:1 as a result of shifting style and habits.

Your engine rear seal is probably starting to leak. If you do the clutch, replace the engine rear seal!!!! If you don't notice anything wrong with the clutch your self, no need to do the work now.
