Wasn't the 900 S model normally aspirated? Is it an SE?
If it is a 5 speed, your oil leak will manifest itself at the lowest point possible - the drain plug. The source of the leak is probably the out put shaft seal and likely wont get much worse, mine actually stopped for the last 6 months and I will not replace it until I replace the clutch (I am at 100,000 mi now). This is a slow leak and very common on 94-95 modles with the 5 spd. As you stated, looks like your water leak is fixed, but its time to consider replacing hoses anyway, if you have not done so.
