how did u know the first alternator was bad? the second? did u check output? how is yor oil level? did u ckek? if u don't have the means to do these things PLEASE do yourself a favour...and take it to someone who can, preferably some one with faultcode tool as well.
my money is on - the car suffered ground out or short due to some upward spray of the car wash, it forcefully entered the engine compartment from underneath and the water is still there, in a few more days in dry environment, things should be ok if you havent blown a relay somewhere. use a fan to aid drying if you must. if no luck then please refer to para. 1 - last sentence.
and stay away from thos damn automatic carwashes!!!!!!!! they are for lazy people with lease cars under warranty and will wrek your finish anyway!
