Sports Exhaust vs...standard replacement

1994-model 900 turbo. My muffler (rear) has finally developed a 2" hole. I am at a crossroads here - to replace with like kind (150.00) or Sport Exhaust).
1. Does the Sport Exhaust come complete with finished tip, all clamps and hanger donuts and everything I need to install?
2. Will there be any noticable improvement in turbo spool up, or performance in general, will it make the car less "peaky'? (7 hp may not be noticed)
3. The photos I have seen show it all as a one piece design, is this the case or is it three pieces center pipe, back pipe w/muffler and tip? (dont want to have to remove the rear axle to install which you would almost have to do if it was a one piece welded design).
4. And lastly, will the increased noise be comparable to the old OG900t's or louder? I dont want to sound like some punk kid, and I don't want to have to yell in the car over racket. I always like the sound of my old 1984, 1988, and 1989 turbo 900's and did not find that objectionable.
Thank you in helping me make this decision.
