if you do the suspension. I kept stock springs and added Konis a while back and I was satisfied with that but, the recent addition the sway bar made a much more pronounced positive effect on the cars handling. The car can take corners much faster and is loads more stabil in the corners as well.
Also, go for the ECU, mine is from Hirsch and I absolutely love it. It gave me a better piece of mind over a mbc.
So, I am sorry to tell you to go for both but that'll have to be a decision for you to make about which to do first! :)
