Radius arm bushings, Nick?...Dean?...

Changed my oil the other day and took a look at my radius arm bushings, Nick - you were right! These things look like a dog had chewed on them. All other rubber bushings looked ok. I have had a slight vibration at high speeds recently and just had new Dunlop 9000s installed and thought it was the balance, but these TR installers are the best and now I suspect the rotted bushings. As an anchor point for the front suspension this can't be good.
My question...where did you find these for 15.00, and is it a DIY job? How to? Can I do with car on ramps?...Oh yeah, I will try the "loosen and bounce" procedure for the strut mounts (temporary fix).
I have ordered the Konis and KYB mounts and my local Tire Rack installer will install for 200.00 (and align afterwards). My Saab indie will also install but cannot align. Either are very reputable.
