It would be nice to believe everything that you just said but I'll point out why we can't believe it.

Abbott Racing is first class company. They charge a premium price for what they believe is a premium product and services. Abbott racing(AR) does not sell anything else other then there own products. If you send AR a email they will send you one back, if you call them they will call you back. AR ia a state of the art shop for tunig or working on your car. They are made up of several employees who are all very professional. AR has a great web site that is informative and updated frequently.

Abbott America (AA) is a second rate company at best. Shipping charges are not less because they AA has a very limited stock of parts. They sell other products other besides Abbott products. They are a one man show who is a musician at trade and is learning about the cars as he goes along. They have poor to no customer service, they do not returning emails or phone calls in this case. AA is run out of a house in Northern Virgina. AA web site is never updated or has it ever been completed, they also do not have the price on their web site so prices can fluctuate day to day. Yes it would be something postive to support AA but you can see how it hard to do so. If they really want to have a performance company then they need to start having more employees then one, run their business out of a shop, provide excellent customer service and support the Saab community.

Another good question is why should we be so loyal to Abbott America when they never even support this web site as a sponser?

Now you can understand why everyone is having such a hard time getting hold of anyone at Abbott America. Just order from Accelerated Response in Canada or directly from Abbott Racing.

Just my 2 cents. Let the flames begin.
