Mounted CD changer in glove box (long)

I moved the CD player (Model 634) from the trunk to the glove box today. It was a relatively easy job(with some minor difficulties) and now I can change the CDs without having to stop the car and run around back!
You have to remove the glovebox. There are 6 screws and one bolt holding the glovebox. Also, there is one plastic fastener underneath (that I broke trying to remove) and a plastic clip (which I also broke putting the glovebox back in!). It seems like the plastic is really brittle and cheap!!!
The hard part was mounting the changer to the glovebox. I had to get creative and ended up mounting it to the top wall of the glove box. I still have room for the manual, a radar detector, small flashlight, and leatherman tool! The changer itself barely fits in there b/c the inner walls of the glove box gradually taper. The problem was getting it so the glove box door would close right . On the right side, I ended up using one of the brackets, flipping it around, and using two bolts to attach it to the top of the glovebox. On the left side, there was no room to use the other bracket, so I used two M5 X 12mm screwed directly to the side of changer through the glovebox walls.
I also had to remove the glovebox light and make the opening a little bigger so I could get the 13 pin DIN cable to attach properly to the changer. To save the hassle of pulling the cable from the trunk, I ended up buying another cable.
It took me about 3 hours....most of it was thinking about how to make the changer fit in the box.
