If you look carefully, you will see if there are stains on the block that indicate that the leak is at the adapter. It is hard to see.
I had no leakage dripping from the pump itself. Are you sure that it is from the bottom of the pump, or are you assuming that. If the drips are off of the pump body, then the adapter might not be the source, but you would replace those o-rings anyways.
The pump body can be separated from the back with screws, which may not come out. I think the Saab pump comes complete. Find out if the aftermarket unit is just the front half. If so, you will need a gasket.
So you might have a pump problem, maybe not.
Don't know your model year or miles. This would be a good time to renew upper and lower hoses and heater hoses if you have the years and miles. (Do install a later model lower hose to accomodate a Viggen IC if you think that you will be going that route someday. That hose will clean the rerouted turbo compressor discharge hose.)
