I thought of another problem you may be having!!! Your Forgre unit may be hanging up causing boost to be bled back to the intake side of the turbo. I know mine started doing this as the valve got warmed up. It later turned out that the piston and seals inside would expand under the heat a bit too much and the piston would then hang up causing the open circuit.

I had ordered my valve from Stratmosphere so I gave them a call. They said it was a known issue and they sent me a upgrade kit free of charge. The kit consisted of a different material piston and a new seal and a little bag of grease to lube it all up. Mine has worked great ever since.

What I had done to check it was after it started acting up, I would pull it out of the car and press the piston in. Upon doing this, it would ofter stick and would not return to the closed position without a good whack on the casing.

Check yours out, it is a good posibility this is your problem. And good luck, I know how frustrated you must be, mine drove me nuts.
