No, not really. The older 900 could leak externally but never into the cylinders, But the NG900 haven't had any bad injectors yet as I know of.
As for my problem car last week, I did take the injector rail out too, and all the tips where bone dry. So I was left with no choice but the FPR.
End of discussion for me.
